We were on our way back from hiking when we stumbled on this restaurant. We peeked in to see if people were there in shorts and they were. It was early and the dress was very casual, but it became a tiny bit less casual as the night wore on and the families left and the couples came in. We really liked it here, it has a fun environment. True to its name, it has a Mexican motif without being too tacky. Authentic Mexican music plays in the background. There is a small waiting area and a bar. Service is excellent and the food is first class. We will return when we are in the area and might even make a special trip.
