We eat at Beijing Duck once a month because we belong to a social organization that meets here. The food is above average. Since we have been dining here for about 5 years, we have tried many entrees. Our favorites include Orange Flavored Beef and General Gau's Chicken. Tom likes the Szechuan Buddha Vegetable Delight. The meals have varied over the years as the cooks change, but this remains a good choice for Chinese food. The service is always quick, the restaurnat is clean, and we never feel rushed.
Note: The chef has obviously changed again! The last time we were there we ordered Chicken with Cashews and there was very little celery in it. The pieces of chicken were much larger, instead of the tiny cubes we had the first time. This dish is now rated much higher than before.
