While in Salem visiting the various museums, stop in at Brothers for a quick meal. The deli and restaurant is quite attractive and conveniently located near the Wax Museum. The eatery features breakfast all day with offerings that include French toast, pancakes, bagels, and a wide variety of omelettes. The establishment has a clean look to it with a large seating capacity. Diners order their meals at the counter and they are either received immediately, or brought to the table in a short time. Payment is made at the cashier at the end of the serving line. The dinners are described as, "homemade" and the portion size is large.

bread-like coating and were a bit heavy. ENTREE: Roast Beef Sandwich ($4.35) Good - Although there was
plenty of roast beef , it was not rare enough and appeared
to have been sitting too long on a steam tray. The portion
size was excellent and the bread was fresh and flavorful.
Served with a nice crunchy pickle! Chicken Kabob Sandwich ($4.85) Very Good - A large
portion filled with lettuce and other salad materials as
well as feta cheese and nicely cooked chicken. DESSERT: OTHER: Take out available Parking on the street - not too difficult to find a

"average", the restaurant was a pleasant dining experience.
It is a cheerful place where attention in given to customer
requests. We would return and sample some different items.
