WENDY AND TOM DINE OUT

Buffet's can be generic and boring, but not at Changsho! This charming restaurant offers a wide variety of items that are carefully prepared, nicely displayed, and frequently replenished. A variety of delicately flavored, dim sum items are available on the buffet along with many other luncheon treats. The entrees are displayed on a steam table followed by the dim sum, most of which were available inside woven steam baskets. We have been to places where the dim sum had heavy, doughy, wrappings, but this is certainly not the case at Changsho. Each piece was distinctly different from the next and each was light and tasty. Also included in the price of the buffet ($12.95) is a choice of Hot and Sour Soup or Egg Drop Soup. This is probably our favorite Chinese restaurant, although we are also very fond of Gourmet Wok. It is definitely our favorite buffet and dim sum restaurant.
