When geocaching, we often stop at local restaurants for lunch. LoGrasso's Deli was one of the fun ones that we found. It is a bit "funky" with a large, painted, comic mural on one wall and pictures of Rockport and empty wine bottles decorating other areas. The color scheme is bright and includes mostly yellow and reds. There are a few tables with mismatched chairs. At night (Wed. through Sat. 5 - 9 p.m.) the eatery becomes an Italian Bistro. We think that the deli lunch selections and atmosphere is more fitting to our tastes. The sandwich selections are wonderful and have names like: The Jolly Rancher (turkey pastrami), Hunny Bun (honey maple turkey and honey maple ham with melted cheese, lettuce, and honey Dijon mustard on a braid), Fat Albert (Chicken salad on a bulkie), The Ragin Cajun, etc. The soups are homemade and worth a try. If we are in this area again, we would definitely eat lunch here. We would prefer to eat here than at the Stage Deli in NYC, which we also reviewed.
