This chain has about 12 restaurants in our area. The one near the Burlington Mall is brightly lit with repeated themes of plum and yellow. Diners start through a line that has a cooler at the end with drinks, fruits, yogurts, juices, and milks. Soft drinks come from vending machines beside the service line. Next an order is given to the cashier, who relays it to a food preparer, who completes the order, and passes it to the diner. Seating is in the front and back of the restaurant. Finagle a Bagel bakes it bagels every hour and brews its trendy coffees fresh every 30 minutes. Seventeen bagel varieties are listed on a board and as the fresh ones come from the oven, a light goes on that says,"Hot" next to the appropriate bagel. There are many choices of cream cheese made fresh in their kitchens to go with the large variety of bagels. Also offered are bagel sandwiches like Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Smoked Turkey, Rare Roast Beef, Classic Hommus, B.L.T. , Buffalo Chicken, Smoke House Club. There are also four kinds of pizza bagels. For those not in the mood for a bagel, there are six salads: Garden, Caesar, Chicken Caesar, Spinach, Cobb, and Mediterranean, and 10 types of salad dressings. On the day we visited there was also Tomato Soup with Basil, Clam Chowder, and Chicken Noodle Soup. The restaurant has background music that is hard to hear because the noise level is a bit high.
