This chain has about 12 restaurants in our area. The one in Needham is new with repeated themes of plum and mustard colors. Diners start through a line that has a cooler at the end with drinks, fruits, yogurts, juices, and milks. Next an order is given to the cashier, who relays it to a food preparer, who completes the order, and passes it to the diner. Seating is in the front and on the side of the restaurant. Also offered are bagel sandwiches like Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Smoked Turkey, Rare Roast Beef, Classic Hommus, and B.L.T. For those not in the mood for a bagel or grilled bagel flatbread (Four Cheese, Veggie, Smoky Avocado)there are six salads: Garden, Caesar, Chicken Caesar, Spinach, Cobb, and Mediterranean, and 10 types of salad dressings. On the day we visited there was also Tomato Soup with Basil, Seafood Chowder, and Chicken Noodle Soup.
