We were surprised to hear Cuban music coming from speakers outside the main door to this restaurant. Somehow the name, "Naked Fish", did not suggest that this eatery has a Cuban influence. The decor is done in wood trim with purples, blues and yellows with fish murals. The fish theme is even carried out on the chair backs, which have a fish silhouette carved on the top cross piece, and fish are painted on the the columns. An undulating "wave" is overhead and is made of mesh. Lighting is handled well and creates nice effects. There are some Cuban items on the menu such as Havana Seafood Salad (trout, swordfish, paella, mahi mahi, bass), Cuban Spicy Chicken, Cuban Style Baby Back Ribs, and many naked and "not so naked" fish specialties. Naked meals are grilled over an open wood fire with only oil and lemon added to them.
