This excellent restaurant should move! The location does not do justice to the fine cuisine. Being located in a strip mall with windows overlooking a parking lot hinders Misono from being the truly elegant place that it should be. The decor here is minimalist with subtle colors. Carpeting and tablecloths could be added to make this eatery a sophisticated Japanese/Korean restaurant. The small size of the room should add to the ambiance but it feels more like eating in a cafeteria. The food preparation is outstanding and it has the quality to match. The sushi is the freshest and best prepared of anywhere that we have eaten. The items are a bit pricey but it is worth it. Among the offerings are Sushi a la carte, Nosomaki (thin seaweed roll), Ura Maki (inside out roll), Sashimi, and Maki along with many Japanese and Korean dishes. The menu is extensive. Some of the more interesting choices are: squid, octopus, flying fish roe, tuna, bass, and red snapper.
