Mixed Greens with Honey Ginger Dressing - excellent, very crisp, different types of lettuce, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, served with a slice of French Bread

APPETIZER:

Old Cheese Fondue - Emmentaler and Gruyere ($6.95) - wonderful, served in a chafing dish with French bread, rye bread, sun dried tomato bagel pieces, apples, grapes, strawberries, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, fondue had just the right amount of white wine in it

ENTREE:

Seafood (shrimp and Alaskan Salmon) Grill ($14.95) - excellent, served with 6 dipping sauces, 2 chunks of cheese for melting under the chafing dish in a little pan, rosemary potatoes, onion pieces, pickle

Filet Grill ($14.95) - same as above except with chunks of excellent quality filet

The usual menu at this restaurant is a prix fixe menu for $24.95 that consists of Salad, Appetizer (choice of 3 types of Fondue), Entree (Shrimp, Salmon, Filet, and Teriyaki Steak) and a Chocolate Fondue with marshmallows, cake, fruits

Lemon served with water

Plates are made of heavy metal

Wait staff only waits on a table or two at a time and explains the use of the fondue pots and the chafing dish
