WENDY AND TOM DINE OUT

O'Connor's is a reasonably priced, enjoyable, restaurant to eat at, but it would be better if the quality of the food was better! It has a nice Irish character to it with the various Irish signs advertising Irish ales and the Irish music in the background. The place is lively and the wait staff all seem to be animated too. A good selection might be one of the pies offered, such as Beef, Mushroom and Guinness Pie ($9.50), or Dingle Seafood Pie ($9.25 - only offered on Friday and Saturday nights). The beef and chicken entrees tend to be of very average quality and not particularly interesting. Fish would also be a good choice and there were several to choose from. In spite of the mediocre food offerings, this is a very popular restaurant and there is usually a substantial wait for tables on weekend nights. There is a bar room with an excellent variety of beers that can be sat in while waiting for a table. Parking is ample.
