Eating with chopsticks is always fun and this restaurant has a "fun" flavor to it. The booths are made of a rosewood colored material and are high backed, but open. Bench seats are on both sides of the table, which has a large recessed burner and cover. The wait staff removes the cover and places a cooking pot with liquid over the burner. They then present the food on a platter. The diners place the food in the pot in the amount and order that they choose.
