The Strawberry Fair bills itself as, "Old-fashioned goodness served in a charming New England Farmhouse." It is hard to disagree with their statement! Although it could be called a "Chick Place" (Jill Compton), men should be comfortable eating at this cozy little restaurant. In keeping with its name, the Strawberry Fair has a strawberry motif that is seen in the tablecloths, art, antiques, and modern decorations. Even the place mats and most of the "faux Tiffany" lamps are red. The tables and chairs are eclectic. The table next to ours was made from an old sewing machine base. The menu is varied and extensive. Along with the standard menu offerings, there are several daily specials. The quality of the food and the presentation of the meals is excellent.
The menu page below is just half of the total selections. Their other page lists "Lighter Fair"(Salads and Soups) and "Sandwiches" (Roll-ups, burgers, melts, etc.)
